This seems more scam than useful app. You must pay upfront before trying, and you must CALL IN and swap?! nope.
No customer support
Huge problem with conference calls having bad file error when sending them to emails for customers to save and review. There is no customer support to return your email questions and no phone number to call.
Doesn’t automatically record!
So complicated to record and it’s not automatic which is extremely irritating! I regret paying for a year! I didn’t want it, 5mins after purchasing it!

If I can give this a zero I would my app just stopped working two days ago and I reach out to the tech people no response. And I paid for my subscription I can’t get get to my recordings and it’s pissing me off I sent them an email today December 22 2024

Very cumbersome and ZERO trial period
Very cumbersome to use. Have to go through multiple sequences to basically conference in the call with the service number. Transcription does not pick up voice well. Caution: No option to try it b4 you buy it so whatever you pay for that initial subscription is lost. Definitely recommend exploring other apps that let you try for a few days before committing you to the purchase.

It doesn’t work. No support offered even though I have contacted the App Developer through their “support” platform. A refund would be appreciated. Very disappointing app performance and woeful customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

This application is rubbish. It records your call but does not transcribe it when the call lasts for greater than a few seconds.

I have an iPhone 13. It won’t even allow me to set up my account. They happily took my money through.

This app does not work! I tried to make a call to the number that records the conversations 4 different times and every time it was busy. This is the only way the app records the calls. This app is unusable. And although I requested a refund it was denied! So I have wasted $60 on something that does not work as intended. Avoid at all costs!!!!!
