It’s easy to use (simple UI) and records nice and clear, after you finish your call, hit the play button - your recording will download and then play. The bonus is it’s super affordable @ $12.00 - always worth it to pay up front instead of using a free app that tracks you across other websites & apps - data mining you to death. Buying credits over a subscription is great as you only pay for what you use. Very happy with this one so far!

Expensive App to then have in-app purchases
First of all I’d like to preface this review by stating that I never would have purchased this software myself, but my employer reimbursed me for the cost. I’m in shock that this app cost $10 and even after that you still only get allocated a limited amount of “credits” which you can use to record calls. $10 I assumed would give lifetime access to the app but after 5 hours of calls it appears you have to buy more credits. Absurd and there are much cheaper recording softwares available. App works well, just make sure you check with your carrier and make sure that you are allowed to three way call on your network (I had to call my network provider and ask for three way calling to be enabled).

Sometimes it acts like it is recording, but only afterwards do you find out nothing was saved. 9 times out of 10 it works correctly, but you never know when it isn’t recording. It is a horrible feeling to realize that your last hour of recording didn’t work. Don’t buy this app. It is unreliable. The email for support doesn’t respond, and there is no web presence for the company. Apple should stop offering this product. It steals people’s money and doesn’t respond when it doesn’t deliver as promised.

Great WHEN it works. No support.
As pointed out elsewhere, the app will randomly show that your call is being recorded, and then only afterward do you discover that it didn’t record. I emailed the developers to just ask if there was a way to retrieve the recording and was ignored. So - bottom line, if you really NEED to reliably record calls, I suggest going elsewhere. I suspect the developers know that they have a problem and didn’t want to admit that to me. Too bad, because otherwise it’s a good app.

I absolutely love this app since I started having seizures I am not used to remembering exact times and calls so this is of great use to me‼️
New version not private
Beginning with version 2.7, the app plays ‘beginning recording’ to *both* parties when you merge calls. Even if you’re in a one-party state, the app notifies your caller that they’re being recorded, and there’s no way to turn it off.
It’s apparently a requirement by the Apple Store they do this now, but they go out of their way to hide it. Not well-advertised - buyer beware before you throw ten dollars away on this app.

It’s nice to have something when you calling a manufacturer or customer service and they like to treat you like crap and lie to you you can have the recording
