Very much not user friendly. Only one way to do each thing and you better already know how. Useless help window pops up everytime you press a key and tells you the same thing over and over while preventing you from being productive until you acknowledge its pesence. Seriously; just makes clerical work that more difficult.

This app is probably one the best apps in the App Store period. It is definitely the best. Business app if you are a contractor, landscaper our offer Lawncare or handyman services. Five star quality
Not for a small business
Purchased this to help with our very small lawn care business. However it is not easy to use and understand. Requested a refund however they said I need to go through apple. Very confusing

This app looked great on paper. When you are forced to pay the $8 to try it out it’s very apparent it’s useless.
There are icons for everything with no description unless you go back and forth to see what they stand for.
You can’t enter your own prices for jobs, they’re already metered for you and not useful. When I’m on a job site I need to get specific with itemized invoices and it’s extremely difficult to do that.
Please contact me for a refund and I’d be more than happy to repurchase and even pay more for a working program

Syncing
Have used the app for 4 years getting better with each update and now the iCloud sync rocks, syncing between my two devices is right on. Support is great when needed and no loss of data at anytime on the syncing. Only reason I have had to use support is I messed up the setting. So I would recommend emailing support before changing something they are very fast at getting back to you.
I would say a must have for small landscaping business and or kid mowing business.
