They took my card info and it won’t even take my phone number to send a Verification text

I installed it and try to make it work since, they even take money from me even if I the application doesn’t work. I can’t pass the sms verification page. Always the same message : cancelled. I did ask try to find help from the support app store support page and it said : 404 page not found.
