App Not working even after money deducted from my account

I am extremely disappointed with this app as purchase was very smooth but whenever tried to verify my phone number to use the app for 1 yr subscription it says “cancelled”. Not able to understand how this can happen after purchasing the app but not able to use it!! Hoping to get my refund back as requested for it!

Money grab trash

I installed it and try to make it work since, they even take money from me even if I the application doesn’t work. I can’t pass the sms verification page. Always the same message : cancelled. I did ask try to find help from the support app store support page and it said : 404 page not found.
I want my money back !!!

I record calls for work and this thing auto writes it all down. No joke, the transcript’s on point. Makes my life hella easier.

Does not work!!! I did the trial and realised it didn’t work then I accidentally payed for the subscription and they won’t give me a refund absolute trash!!!!!!! I just wanted my money back!!!!!!

Why false advertise to say it’s 1-touch Automatic Recording? SMH

Sad to say that your app is like every “ other”.

Mi partner said it’s not automatic. It’s just like the others. As I witnessed, it has to be first “ merged” which always takes too much time.

I have faith that one day, sooner than later they’ll develop a totally awesome & reliable app where it truly automatically records “ automatically “ from the time the call is commencing.
