Not recording in the uk
I have just downloaded this app for the life time subscription, and I am unable to record a single call as I need to record all calls due to legal proceedings. I have carried out the instructions correctly but to no avail. My service provider is smarty a subsidiary of 3 (three) I have the uk ticked on the uk calling number and only make call’s within the uk.
Can you please advise and help me to record both incoming and outgoing calls please

Doesn’t work
This app doesn’t work unless your phone provider allows conference calling. My provider suggested I try using WhatsApp or similar but that doesn’t work either.
Scam! Don't download!!!!
It's a money grab! It doesn't let you actually let you record your calls unless you pay lots of money and leave a card on file, dont fall for this scam!!!
Doesn’t work half the time
It didn’t record my calls half the time and when it did, it said no transcript was available. And forget finding support, there is no option to contact any type of support. Very disappointed I wasted my money on this app because it doesn’t do what I needed or what it advertised.
