This app is real good kids enjoyed the call from Santa especially when he said their names.
Don’t waste your money
Don’t waste your money and if you do Apple/Santa app will not give it back even if you tell them the app was dysfunctional. It’s only a few dollars but, it’s irritating to pay for a product and not have it work and not get my money back. We tried having it call my son (6 years old) a few times but, it was just silent on the other side. Near caused an issue with my son who believes. So don’t bother.

Doesn’t tell you you need to register to use until AFTER you pay. Gives you the impression that you can use it without registering your email when you first open the app.
Main reason for negative review is that on Xmas even the app is stuck loading! I’ve paid money and it won’t even work. Very frustrating.

Great until Xmas Eve
Paid for a month and is great. But app wouldn’t work on Xmas eve - which is the day it really should. Won’t use this one next year

Hi devs, why has the app stopped working? Today of all days on Christmas Eve and the app doesn’t open...
Crashed on Christmas Eve
Paid for it. Used it all December but it crashed on Christmas Eve. Probably won’t use it again unless it’s fixed soon.
