Spam emails galore
What started out as a great little app for Xmas has turned into a ton of spam emails (and in Spanish no less). For some reason it decided to just start pelting me with Spanish emails (I’m in Canada, I have zero use for Spanish anything). No course to remove these since their unsubscribe doesn’t seem to work. No support since you have to have premium to use their help service in the app. Awful.

I love this app and I always have the first time I ever got it! This isn’t only calling Santa but you get to ask him questions and he answers! You can watch funny videos, learn how to dance, see if you’re on the naughty list or nice, play games, go on treasure hunts, and so much more! This app is for all ages and I think if you’re reading this you should absolutely get this appp!

I regret buying the 5 year plan. I want a refund.
This service is misleading. After paying $50 for 5 years you still need CREDITS to receive personalized messages for your children. I can’t even figure out how to purchase credits or what they cost. I do see a 11.99/per 1 call but no thanks to that. Just another scam app.

Je laisse un deuxième avis puisque la situation n’a toujours pas été réglée.
L’application est bien conçue et l’idée est excellente. Malheureusement, dès qu’un problème survient, le service à la clientèle devient pratiquement inexistant.
Le prénom de mon enfant est bloqué à tort comme « nom de célébrité », ce qui rend l’application inutilisable. Le problème a été signalé dès la fin novembre. Les réponses prennent environ deux semaines lorsqu’il y en a, et restent vagues, sans solution concrète.
On m’a récemment demandé d’écrire à une autre adresse courriel pour le support, ce que j’ai fait. Je n’ai toujours reçu aucune réponse.
Résultat : je n’ai jamais pu utiliser l’application pendant la période de Noël, et aucun remboursement ni dédommagement ne m’a été offert.
C’est extrêmement frustrant. Une application saisonnière doit offrir un service rapide et un support efficace. Ignorer les clients lorsque quelque chose ne fonctionne pas est inacceptable.
Je ne recommande pas cette application.

Bought the 10 year magic pass back in 2020 on promotion, last Christmas was unable to make my usual videos for my kids who were extremely disappointed, now there is no way to contact to find out how to get my subscription reactivated! Online support is non existent

Scam
I was charged four times all payments saying didn’t go through and they did. No one to email or contact details . Just says unable to connect on the contact centre . Avoid
Took money despite cancelled account!
Despite cancelling my subscription, this company took out a £15.99 payment and yet it shows on my account as having no subscription and the options to ‘restore’ subscription - they do not reply to emails and ignore. All good until you try to cancel!! Beware - they continue to take money. Had to get my bank to put on a block, but can’t get my money back!
Update: you advised to reach out - I’ve already done this and was told I’d be refunded and this didn’t happen?

Very disappointed
Very disappointing experience with the app. I paid for a yearly subscription and created several videos, but received only two calls. In the videos, Santa says he is calling, but then nothing happens. I also tried using another number but the calls still didn’t come through, I checked all the settings and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app as suggested, but there was nothing to fix. I contacted the help center and received no response at all. Poor service and lack of support after payment.

Magic made easy
This service is top notch and made our Christmas very magical for my boys. We’ve had a great time talking to Santa and the service can be used year round with some really cool high quality features. The price is excellent considering everything that comes with it. Really makes the season special.
