You can watch funny videos, learn how to dance, see if youâre on the naughty list or nice, play games, go on treasure hunts, and so much more! This app is for all ages and I think if youâre reading this you should absolutely get this appp!

I regret buying the 5 year plan. I want a refund.
This service is misleading. After paying $50 for 5 years you still need CREDITS to receive personalized messages for your children. I canât even figure out how to purchase credits or what they cost. I do see a 11.99/per 1 call but no thanks to that. Just another scam app.

On mâa rĂ©cemment demandĂ© dâĂ©crire Ă une autre adresse courriel pour le support, ce que jâai fait. Je nâai toujours reçu aucune rĂ©ponse.

Bought the 10 year magic pass back in 2020 on promotion, last Christmas was unable to make my usual videos for my kids who were extremely disappointed, now there is no way to contact to find out how to get my subscription reactivated! Online support is non existent

Scam
I was charged four times all payments saying didnât go through and they did. No one to email or contact details . Just says unable to connect on the contact centre . Avoid
Took money despite cancelled account!
Despite cancelling my subscription, this company took out a ÂŁ15.99 payment and yet it shows on my account as having no subscription and the options to ârestoreâ subscription - they do not reply to emails and ignore. All good until you try to cancel!! Beware - they continue to take money. Had to get my bank to put on a block, but canât get my money back!
Update: you advised to reach out - Iâve already done this and was told Iâd be refunded and this didnât happen?

Very disappointed
Very disappointing experience with the app. I paid for a yearly subscription and created several videos, but received only two calls. In the videos, Santa says he is calling, but then nothing happens. I also tried using another number but the calls still didnât come through, I checked all the settings and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app as suggested, but there was nothing to fix. I contacted the help center and received no response at all. Poor service and lack of support after payment.

Magic made easy
This service is top notch and made our Christmas very magical for my boys. Weâve had a great time talking to Santa and the service can be used year round with some really cool high quality features. The price is excellent considering everything that comes with it. Really makes the season special.

This was advertised as a free video after our family took photos with Santa Claus. However, when I click the button to download the âfreeâ video, it charged me automatically $11.99. This is a total scam. They steal your personal information and then charge you for a free video.
Disappointed
I tried to purchase a subscription before Christmas and never got access, but was charged 4 times got almost 50$ each time while trying. Iâve used this app for years and my daughterâs Christmas was almost ruined she kept asking where her video was. I spent 200$ and didnât get a response and never got access. So disappointed.
