Customer service problem
July 14 I was called service mentioned need to go to airport at July 17 to airport t1, I was mentioned need to get down the front of t1 because I don’t want to walk from car park with 4 big baggies and 1 little kid, your customer service she said “if the taxi can stop so we are also”
However, yesterday your driver confirmed me my understanding is right, van is can’t stop at the front there. And your customer service quote me the price are INCORRECT! She quote only $230 but yesterday I need to pay extra $40!
Before I confirm the booking I asked her to check it for sure is well, she still insist “yes, if the taxi can stop there than we also”
