Lousy service
Super lousy. Don’t bother going for the Carousell delivery where they use GoGoX. They expect you to wait at home for 6h, with no communication on when the item will arrive. Customer support keeps making promises they can’t keep, e.g. “I will get the correct team to contact you.” Waited the entire morning and there were no updates. Go for another platform with more accountability.

Better than lalamove
Always worked well fast and reliable with friendly and helpful drivers. Much better than lalamove!
Good service
GoGoVan is a good service in Hong Kong. I've used it several times. The app is a little annoying, pestering you with notifications. I suggest installing the app when you need to use a GoGoVan, then deleting it afterwards.
Broken UI
App showed pending orders but could not be tapped into to check details. As I could not tap in, the app did not allow me to cancel an order i no longer needed. It was then accepted by a driver, I could not even view the messages he had sent me, I had to reinstall the app i could finally tap into the order and inform the driver of my cancellation. He could not cancel it either and I had to foot the delivery fee despite not needing the service anymore. What a horrible and unintuitive user experience.
