The stupid app never sends the OTP code, and if you try to start all over it won’t let you reuse your email which you signed-up with
because it wasn’t authenticated. Very poor programming.
Seems it has no memory built-in for autofill or facial recognition.
Maybe this is a PalmPilot program?
It loads and processes super slow with full bars and 5G.
Being in Hong Kong one would expect exceptional service and technology, so it must have been outsourced somewhere. Support and FAQ’s are worthless.

Awful app
Too many features and options. It’s like a developer team has gone mad and been allowed to do what ever they want. Adverts everywhere loads of options. I just want to see mtr map and go from A to B clear out the awful design and clunky features they pointless!

Server is frequently down
Frequently cannot connect to server despite mobile signal is full plus with WiFi.
Poor UI
the content is useful. the map goes up and down when you choose the destinations. especially the pop up at the bottom is not useful at all.
