A French number can be verified regardless of where you live, so residency in France is not a requirement for completing the process. Regarding payments, purchases made through Apple are handled directly by Apple, not by us, which is why refunds can only be processed through Apple’s system. Our support team can’t issue refunds directly, but they do provide clear step-by-step guidance on how to request one through Apple. Scammers giving service for one and charging people for one year.

GREAT SERVICES
We recently made a mistake and purchased the wrong plan on Call.com. However, after contacting customer support, they resolved the issue quickly and refunded the balance one our just one email.
Their response time is impressive, and the pricing is very budget-friendly. We absolutely love this app!
