Paid for service, services never rendered

I paid for services and the app kept telling me I don’t or cannot look up any number. It used to be great now it’s just a junk app.

This is a scam; impossible to cancel

You will not be able to cancel this service. I’ve tried every way to cancel this for nearly a year. I ended up needing to get the bank to intervene.

Was good, now, not at all

I had this app for a while now, it was great, I got some free searches, then had to watch a video to get more. Well, all of a sudden you can’t do that anymore and you have to pay.

No longer free!

I’ve had this app for years and loved it. I was able to call back family and friends who had changed their numbers by looking them up after my phone sent the new “unknown caller” to voicemail without calling back spam numbers that were also coming up as “unknown caller”. But then I got a new phone and the app made me login again and now it wants me to pay for the information I used to get for free! Bye bye CallerSmart I can’t afford anymore bills in my life!
