Paid for service, services never rendered
I paid for services and the app kept telling me I don’t or cannot look up any number. It used to be great now it’s just a junk app.
This is a scam; impossible to cancel
You will not be able to cancel this service. I’ve tried every way to cancel this for nearly a year. I ended up needing to get the bank to intervene.

Was good, now, not at all
I had this app for a while now, it was great, I got some free searches, then had to watch a video to get more. Well, all of a sudden you can’t do that anymore and you have to pay.
No longer free!
I’ve had this app for years and loved it. I was able to call back family and friends who had changed their numbers by looking them up after my phone sent the new “unknown caller” to voicemail without calling back spam numbers that were also coming up as “unknown caller”. But then I got a new phone and the app made me login again and now it wants me to pay for the information I used to get for free! Bye bye CallerSmart I can’t afford anymore bills in my life!

Never gives any info with out an up charge and then directs to another charge place why t his is still on the App Store I do not know
Used to be a lot better
What good is knowing just the state a call comes from when my phone already does it.
Difficult to use
This used to be a user friendly app without and hidden fees and really easy to use now I pay for services that I don’t get because of system errors or lack of support.

Not sure the reason; however, the app takes long time to start and just shows numbers "not exit".
App stopped working
Have had this app for a while now it won't open. Say error with internet. I uninstalled it & it still has an issue. So no more caller smart.

I need help. I can’t claim my number and I can’t log into my old account. I’ve tried to figure it out numerous times please please please help. It’s a great app. I just need some help locating my old account. I don’t have access to the email or the Old Phone phone number.

Intense pressure to become premium
I’ve had the app for a long time but only use it a few times per year. It used to be that I could watch an advertisement video and it would show me the basic information but today it required a premium membership. I just deleted it.

Gotta love the apps that make you sign up with them in order to see the information you downloaded the app to be able to see. You search for a number that’s been calling you because you want to know who it is and you get a message saying “SIGN UP NOW TO SEE WHO THIS NUMBER BELONGS TO”, as it shows their full name and their info blurred out as if it really truly exists LOL. So you sign up and the first thing you get is a pop up saying, “We’re sorry, the information for this number is unavailable” LOL I SERIOUSLY CANT WITH THIS CRAAAAAAP LOLOMG such a scam and they liieeeeeeeee

Is not accurate and charges
It’s supposed to be a free subscription but it keeps trying to charge me each month. Details are not accurate to begin with.
It’s a waste now
I’ve had this app for years and it was great. I wouldn’t even mind watching an ad for the information. But now if you don’t pay you won’t get any info. Don’t even bother downloading lol
Garbage
This app is useless and I will delete immediately. Every number I enter I get nothing back ,saying unknown. What’s the purpose of having this app? I guess you want us to pay if that’s the case, say so and tells exactly how much not these games.
