Need to fix some bugs
On IOS App works perfectly fine but suddenly it will says session expired and keeps on loading and not letting me reach the login page. No matter how many times i close the app & restart. I have to uninstall the app & reinstall it every time.
Not suitable on iOS device
App crashes everytime.

$h!tty app doesn’t load, doesn’t allow you to logout, neither allow to make calls. Monthly plan is on and still can’t make calls. Same is the case with their MacBook app. It crashes the entire MacBook.
Need improvement
There are alot of bugs in the ios app. Please improve also the user interface is not that muxh good.

I don’t really recommend the company they never delivered their commitment , we purchased call anywhere package however always many countries are restricted and you have to top up to be able to make calls.
Terrible
More than 20 e-mails with support team, over a week now and still can’t use the virtual number at all. I recommend to avoid this company. Complicated and unclear rules, no real service despite plenty of requests.
Edit: this is a real scam! I have paid and still was not able to access the virtual number. Now they demand extra yearly payments and don’t want to refund what I have already paid!

How do you receive calls when you don’t know a call is coming in? This is terrible

They are based in India. Unnecessary charges - can’t use text messaging. The customer service is poor. They continue to charge even after the service is discontinued. Was a headache the whole time. I had a monthly package and still some calls to the USA could not be dialed unless I add credit on top of what I am being charge monthly for unlimited calls. STAY AWAY from these clowns

Once I downloaded the app it asked me to sign in but I don’t have an account yet and there’s no option to signup “THE WORST “ I see why this app only has two stars

Scam
You pay $30 USD per month and then they make you also buy extra credits to call landline numbers and send texts...and the app barely works. Most of the time it crashes or has error messages. What a joke.
It doesn’t actually exist.
It’s just a scale to waste your time. Couldn’t even get customer service… straight garbage.

Don’t receive calls. Useless app
The app doesn’t work to receive calls. Sometimes it rings and most of the time it does not.
lousy apps and lousy call quality
1. the app using generic number that has been marked as cold calling agent some marked as spam
2. when the number you dialled unavailable it still shown connecting tone in calll hippo not showing status number unavailable
3.the support is like terrorising you if you send feedback and bad and terrible support they just in denial mode when we said the item no2 and the call most of the time not connected
so if u r in business and using this please consider this apps
