You can now control call and message notifications separately, so you get only the alerts you want. We've also fixed an issue that could unexpectedly log you out, and made the calling engine more reliable so incoming calls ring and connect consistently — along with general bug fixes and performance improvements.

Lots of Issues

No access to mute or speaker buttons until the person you call actually picks up. No sound indicating the person on the other end hung up. Frequent dropped calls. Dial tone is non existent half the time. A lot of these issues would be easy to fix, not sure why the devs want to put the app out in this state.

Add the dialer to mobile

This app would be absolutely amazing if you could use the power dialer on mobile, then i will switch to 5 star immediately.

Update available is not available

This app continues to say there is an update available, but it never updates and the pop-up continues to show up. This is very annoying.

Just go with a competition if you’re looking for reliable and constant access to the service. Definitely not use it for anything important such as customer service or sales
