Absolute garbage
We have been using for two months now multiple calls drop clients can’t hear us. We’ve lost multiple deals. Very hard to maintain connection on any network.
It needs an apple watch app.
Crucially need a watch app for this. When phone rings. It needs to ring on the apple watch as well.
I hate Aircall with the white-hot intensity of a thousand imploding suns.
I have to use Aircall for work on my phone and laptop. The call quality is terrible, on the rare occasions that calls actually get through. My phone won’t ring, but then I’ll get missed call alerts. I’ll get an alert for voicemail, but unable to actually listen to the voicemail. Outbound calls don’t connect. On the rare occasions they do connect, either they can’t hear me or I can’t hear them. Texts don’t come through until hours after they’re sent. The call history, messages, and missed alerts are different on each device I’m using. Absolutely terrible.

Updates!
This app updated nearly weekly and when it does, you can’t receive calls so you miss out on potential business. Stop logging us out every time there’s an update!
Works - sometimes
The is a product our businesses uses. We have about 25 people set up with all different types of phones (androids, iPhones, tablets, laptops, desk tops)
If calling from a desktop the app works fine, but the constant updates to layouts and lack of communications about updates make it difficult to navigate when looking for missed calls or voicemails.
When working from cell phones it it hit or miss. It performs the worse on iPhones where, if the screen is locked, when you try to answer the call doesn’t connect and freezes at “ringing”.
There hasn’t been a fix for this bug so our sales team has been issued new company phones rather than using aircall.
Trying to use Bluetooth with aircall has been an issue. Especially on CarPlay or android car. The call will often not transfer and they are left to pull over as to not expose themselves to issues with being on the cell and driving.
Our inside teams using computers don’t have an issue, but if we leave the building or try to use a phone it is hit or miss.
