Super smooth, and seamlessly integrated to web app
Not Very Reliable
I never know when the app has decided to disconnect me, so I constantly miss calls and texts from clients. I’ll be changing providers once my subscription is up. Think twice before using this service.

Easy to use, I like this app very much.
Lots of Issues
No access to mute or speaker buttons until the person you call actually picks up. No sound indicating the person on the other end hung up. Frequent dropped calls. Dial tone is non existent half the time. A lot of these issues would be easy to fix, not sure why the devs want to put the app out in this state.

Awful
In every obvious way that an app like this should work, it doesn’t.
Add the dialer to mobile
This app would be absolutely amazing if you could use the power dialer on mobile, then i will switch to 5 star immediately.
Update available is not available
This app continues to say there is an update available, but it never updates and the pop-up continues to show up. This is very annoying.
Unreliable, customer support is trash
Just go with a competition if you’re looking for reliable and constant access to the service. Definitely not use it for anything important such as customer service or sales
Could be great. SLOW to fix bugs.
This could be a great app. There are so many basic and fundamental features missing that it’s almost unusable. You’ll never know if you missed a call or have a voicemail because the app doesn’t have a badge notification indicating such. You often won’t be able to answer calls on the app. The Hubspot integration works moderately well but leaves a lot to be desired. I don’t know why the developers are so slow to patch bugs or release improvements and updates. I hope someday I can come back and change my review to five stars, but with the way this works currently, the best I can do is three stars.

Can’t use Bluetooth headset???
This seems like a pretty basic feature. Impossible to use this app while away from your computer until they get this right.

I've had a pretty great experience using Cloudtalk at work. It integrates amazingly with Hubspot and is very helpful to my day to day work.
Messaging
Predictive Text, is a must. This will save a lot of time, Also needs to be able to automatically use capital letters at the beginning of all voice notes when sending a message after you say full stop !!!
It’s Trash
My company recently switched this service, What a massive mistake. The list of bugs is truly endless, go with literally any other provider.
