Great for People working out of office
I work in sales and I use the App very often to call customers via our known number and so i don‘t have to use my mobile number and CloudTalk send the Data directly to Pipedrive, even if I used it from the mobile App. That safes me a lot of time and also it‘s very easy to use it.

Not Very Reliable
I never know when the app has decided to disconnect me, so I constantly miss calls and texts from clients. I’ll be changing providers once my subscription is up. Think twice before using this service.

Overall Bad Experience
So much bugs, dont even know where to start. Connection dropping every time, need to reopen the app several times to be back online, when I decline the call it keeps ringing in the background even if I close tha app entirely, beed to restart the phk e or wait about 5-7 min for ringing stop… and so on

Lots of Issues
No access to mute or speaker buttons until the person you call actually picks up. No sound indicating the person on the other end hung up. Frequent dropped calls. Dial tone is non existent half the time. A lot of these issues would be easy to fix, not sure why the devs want to put the app out in this state.

Mi experiencia con CloudTalk ha sido muy buena. La plataforma es fácil de usar, la calidad de las llamadas es excelente y las funciones de Power Dialer me ayudan mucho en mi trabajo diario. La aplicación funciona bien en mi iPhone y me permite gestionar mis llamadas desde cualquier lugar. Implementation Made Easy on CloudTalk
I’ve been using it for 6-months now, it has been smooth for me and my department. Customer Support is very responsive to my requests and very helpful. Implemented CloudTalk for my department and i can platform interface is very user-friendly. Training my department can be done within just an-hour or two. Although, some features come separately, and you are required to submit some documents to ensure you have access to that features, it was done with quite a big help from Customer Support. Enjoy using all the platform features for now and i hope to continue using it for a long time.

Easy to use, great interface and connectivity
We’ve been having a good experience with Cloudtalk so far, we switched from another provider and in terms of connectivity it’s been quite good!

Add the dialer to mobile
This app would be absolutely amazing if you could use the power dialer on mobile, then i will switch to 5 star immediately.

The app keeps showing that a new iOS version is available, but there isn’t one. Every time I open the app, it asks me to update. When I tap Update, nothing happens, and when I check the AppStore manually, it says I already have the latest version.
Also, when I try to make a call, the call button/icon is often inactive. I have to close and reopen the app to make it work.
Honestly, this creates a pretty frustrating user experience.

Update available is not available
This app continues to say there is an update available, but it never updates and the pop-up continues to show up. This is very annoying.
Really great call app
I can really recommend this app.I use it daily on computer to make calls in contact centre, but the ability to pick up important customer calls after working hours from customers is great and helps keep the customer service at the highest level
