I have used CP for about 4 years and am very satisfied. It’s simple and intuitive. I would recommend to my friends. The Task feature is my most used part of the app along with Notes. Couple of improvements that would be nice to have are to be able to add enhancements to Notes, like being able to bold, underline, highlight, etc. and more robust capabilities on the mobile app for editing Notes, adding or changing phone numbers, that is provide the same functionality as the laptop version. Still I give CP a solid thumbs up.

Let me be real with you
Do not waste your money on this! This system fails miserably to provide any benefits to your sales team. There are constant issues and the company doesn’t rush to get in touch with you to fix them. It will randomly kick you out while you are in the middle of things and then you can’t log back in for hours. It is a complete hassle. I honestly feel like it has negatively effected my productivity. I WARNED YOU!

Worst sales app imaginable
Don't waste your time, money or company efforts towards using this app. The app is very basic and rudimentary and does not live up to the expectations you will be sold in the presentation. It force closes, is slow to locate businesses, inaccurate for contacts, and under performs in so many ways it would be impossible to list them all. Do your research and pass this program by!

Solid CRM
Wow its great! Really helps me stay organized with my calls. I highly recommend. I have been using it with Badger Maps which allows me to track and route in-person visits seamlessly (and save time). Both are great apps!
