Cannot reach support or get my number set up

Not useful at all. Paid the yearly subscription and when my number is typed, it says, sent verification code. Nothing come in. Click Resend verification code. Error message pops Up.
When click on support to request assistance, Error code, message not sent.
Seriously frustrating. Less than 1 star honestly. What a waste of money.
