No app support

Iโ€™m having issues logging into the app after getting a new phone and I can get zero support. Canโ€™t login, canโ€™t reset my password, messaged them in several different ways and have received zero response. Unfortunately I already paid the annual fee a month ago so Iโ€™m screwed. Would like access to all the other documents that I had saved in the app. I wonโ€™t make that mistake again.
