I paid for lifetime use and have the evidence for it but I’m being asked to pay again after 3 scans.

No app support

I’m having issues logging into the app after getting a new phone and I can get zero support. Can’t login, can’t reset my password, messaged them in several different ways and have received zero response. Unfortunately I already paid the annual fee a month ago so I’m screwed. Would like access to all the other documents that I had saved in the app. I won’t make that mistake again.
