Calm Hue gives you exactly that: a red screen that only cools while your finger stays down, with a pulse of haptic feedback that softens as the colour does. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open the app. The screen is bright red. 2. Press and hold anywhere on it. 3. Red and orange bleed slowly toward a cool blue, and the vibration under your finger gets gentler as it goes. 4. Lift your finger and the colour stays exactly where it got to. Come back later and carry on. 5. When it finally reaches blue, that session is saved. YOUR ANGER LOG Swipe in from the right edge to open your history: the date and time of every session, with the colour it started from and the colour it ended on. Nothing to type, nothing to rate.
