Great Idea, But Performance Issues Need Attention
I really like the concept of this app. Unfortunately, the experience has been frustrating because of several technical issues. The app frequently logs me out of my account, crashes unexpectedly, and is often very slow. I hope the developer focus on improving stability and performance because the core idea is excellent, and I’d love to see the app reach its full potential.

That’s the best meal delivery in UK - worth every penny
Great food, abysmal app
The food is delicious and its so convenient, but the app has stopped working. It doesn't let me log in anymore. I cannot renew my subscription as a result. The support team don't seem to recognise that this is an issue, even though other reviewers are saying the same thing. This can't be good for business.

Great food, incredible service!!
Absolutely love them! Food is great, fresh, excellent quality, tasty and healthy! More importantly their customer service team from the delivery drivers to the online CS are the absolute best!! Even better than Amazon CS if that’s possible! Can’t recommend them enough!

Used to be perfect
I’ve been a customer of Calo for months and absolutely love the meals and the whole experience used to be seamless BUT ever since they updated the app a few weeks ago it has been constant problems. So much so, it completely takes away the joy of choosing my meals now and is just an infuriating process instead. I was even logged out today with the app not recognising my phone number. Please bring back the old app as it was perfect.

Glitchy Add-on System – Beware
I highly recommend avoiding the add-on feature. The app tends to auto-select incorrect items and locks your choices, making it impossible to change them. Even worse, if you pause your plan, your paid add-ons disappear without a refund. Customer support was unhelpful in rectifying these technical glitches. Great food, but the add-on system is broken and will cost you money.

The food is excellent but the app is terrible. A lot of glitches all the time, which means sometimes you are not even able to use it.
Can’t even log on to app
I have an account and was logged out for some reason, now I can’t even log back in. Calo continues to be one of the most frustrating companies I have ever had to deal with. Thankfully my subscription isn’t on auto renew otherwise they’d be charging me and I would have no way to select meals / stop my subscription.

Poor quality and very limited options
Used to be great when it was Fresh Fitness Food. But now, choices are limited, very repetitive, poor quality packaging. The meals are bland and the portion sizes don’t seem to add up to the calories. The app is also bad!! Lots of bugs! Sorry Calo, but I’m regretting committing to a quarterly subscription

The app is amazing and so easy to use. The customer support is always responsive. The meals are so tasty! I was subscribed for deliveries every day except Saturday and added Saturdays too later as I felt I don’t even want to eat anything else! Yes, they are that good!!!

Of anything , i have to call out customer service for their amazing attitude. This is one of the main reasons i stay with CALO!!! Meals are great and app navigation makes my life so easy!
Tech and packaging is top notch
I love the app, it has everything I need, makes the entire experience very easy and convenient. Kudos to the packaging.
But the food can be better. The taste, the variation can be better. It was exciting in the beginning but now within 2 weeks I feel I am eating the same thing over and over again.
