اذا دفعت وانت حاط نوت بالوقت اللي ابيه يروح يجدول لك موعد بمزاجه وممنوع الالغاء ، وفوق هذا خدمة عملاء سيئة ويقفلوا شكواك بمزاجهم دون حل ، حتى التقييم جيت بقيم اذا سيء حجبوا تقييمك وعندي صوره بهالشي ، اطلاقا لا انصح به وتوبه استخدمه

أرسلت عدة رسائل عبر التطبيق للإلغاء ولإرجاع نقودي قبل خروج الطلب وللأسف، كانت جميع الردود متشابهة ولم تتم معالجة أي من شكاواي أو تعويضي بالشكل المناسب.
خدمة العملاء بشكل عام في “ذا شفز” كانت مخيبة للآمال للغاية. أنصحكم بمقارنة مستوى دعم العملاء لديكم مع تطبيق “جاهز”، فهناك فرق واضح في خدمة العملاء
