I had to contact the delivery driver to get a clear understanding of the issue and turns out my order hasn't even been received.
I haven't received a any notifications or calls to clarify the reason for the long waiting hour, and that is very unprofessional and problematic, it has wasted my time and patience, and trust of the application during difficult situations like these.
