استخدامي بذمه وضمير اقول
بعد استخدام دام مايقارب 3 سنوات ملاحظاتي كاداره التطبيق ومعالجه الشكاوي محترفين ومميزين و حريصين جدا عليك كعميل / كمندوبين الاغلب متخلف مايعرف كيف يوصل الطلب فوق بعض يردمه لك وماينزل يحسسك انه صاحب فضل يفتح الشباك مثل قوله خذه وفارقني / كمطاعم مافيه خيارات كثير الاغلب كافيهات

مو صحيح اطلب واخر شي يتكنسل الطلب وفلوسي مارجعوها اقسم بالله تطبيق فاشلل !
لايوجد اي تعويض
لا يوجد اي تعويض عن اي نقص او خطأ بالطلب ويقولون هذا ليس اختصاصنا تغيرة السياسة انتبهوا

Order Marked as Delivered but Never Received
Hello Jahez Support,
I selected “Missing Items” because there is no option for “Order Not Received.” However, my actual issue is that I never received my order at all.
I waited for about one hour, and then the order status was changed to “Delivered”, even though nothing was delivered to me.
I paid 129 SAR, but I have not received a refund.
Please investigate this issue and refund the full amount of 129 SAR to my original payment method, not as Jahez Wallet credit.
I would appreciate your prompt assistance. Thank you.

التوصيل سيء جداً وبطيء والاكل دايم طايح والمشروبات منتثره
عمال التوصيل صارو يستغلون موضوع وقت التوصيل ساعه يوصل الطلب قبل الساعه ب٥ دقايق كل مره اكلمهم يقول توني استلمت الطلب وانا اشوف التتبع غير صحيح كلامهم .

جاهز في كل مره يبهرني بتعامله معاي وحتى في تاخير الطلب
