Order Marked as Delivered but Never Received
Hello Jahez Support,
I selected “Missing Items” because there is no option for “Order Not Received.” However, my actual issue is that I never received my order at all.
I waited for about one hour, and then the order status was changed to “Delivered”, even though nothing was delivered to me.
I paid 129 SAR, but I have not received a refund.
Please investigate this issue and refund the full amount of 129 SAR to my original payment method, not as Jahez Wallet credit.
I would appreciate your prompt assistance. Thank you.

عمال التوصيل صارو يستغلون موضوع وقت التوصيل ساعه يوصل الطلب قبل الساعه ب٥ دقايق كل مره اكلمهم يقول توني استلمت الطلب وانا اشوف التتبع غير صحيح كلامهم .

Enraging notification sound!!
The notification sound for FIFA is loud, annoying and enraging. App removed. This is a recurring Bad “marketing” move that makes people hate your app.
Customer service
By far the worst customer service I have experienced. What also is so inconvenient is that you are unable to cancel an order and that is just a waste! Very disappointed. Was my go to in riyadh but def gonna look for something else!
If i could give this app zero stars I would.
I’m extremely disappointed in this app, the slow customer service, the fact i got a HUGE penalty for canceling the order very early, this app convinced me to get food by myself instead, what a mess of an app.

Horrible service
DO NOT USE, if you actually want to receive your order. I’ve tried for months and out of 10 orders, 5 had to be cancelled because they didn’t bother assigning a driver for 40, 50, 60 minutes or longer. Utterly unprofessional, but sadly, expected at this point.

I have ordered the food and delivery person picked and next second it showed me delivered when i call them they told me they will refund the money but its been more then week no money has come

A brother introduced me to this app saying that your first time order will be free and 30 riyal will be available in your wallet.so I wanted to see the app and tried to order from it by the time I tried to use the 30 riyal it disappeared when I ordered.this app is bad,untrustworthy.imagine selling people false dreams and to scam them.im going back to hunger station
