Horrible Customer Service!
Full Money Was Taken, Courier Was Clearly Instructed To Only Deliver To Me, He Arrived At Incorrect Gate , Was Not English Speaking, Could Not Communicate And Simply Left The Package Outside Withiut Any Hygiene Concern?
I Immediately Contacted Support Team, They Were Infact Worse Then The Courier. They Just Closed The Chat On My Face Without Any Resolution Offered. Is This How An App Like Mrsool Treats Customers? Where are your business ethics at?

تطبيق بطل عادة استخدمه لتوصيل اشياء للاهل او اطلب شي من محل. توصيل سريع وخدمة ممتازه ولامره حصل اي موقف مع اني إستخدمه من ٧ سنين ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
عدم المصدقيه في التوقيت الموضحه
تم الطلب من المطعم وتوقيت التوصيل محدد 25 دقيقه وبعد نص ساعه التواصل معي من قبل المتدوب بان الطلب يحتاج ساعتين حتى يتم توصيله للاسف عدم المصدقيه التطبيق غير مناسب للتحميل والاستخدام

أعتقد أن التقييم المرتفع لهذا التطبيق قد يكون نتيجة شراء مراجعات أو لأن معظم التقييمات جاءت من مستخدمين في دول أخرى، لأن تجربتي في مصر كانت سيئة للغاية.
خدمة العملاء سريعة في الرد، لكنها غير فعّالة ولا تقدم حلولًا حقيقية للمشكلات. المندوب الذي تم تكليفه بطلبي لم يكن يملك المال لدفع قيمة الطلب، واضطررت إلى تحويل المبلغ إليه مباشرة، رغم أن ذلك يخالف سياسة الشركة، ولكن لا يوجد أي بديل أو حل للعميل. والأسوأ من ذلك، عندما تعرضت للاحتيال، طلبوا مني التوجه إلى الشرطة بدلاً من تحمل أي مسؤولية أو معالجة المشكلة من خلال التطبيق. التطبيق هو من يعيّن المندوب ويتابع الطلب، ومع ذلك يبدو أنهم لا يملكون معلومات كافية لتتبع مندوبيهم أو محاسبتهم. هذا يثير قلقًا كبيرًا بشأن مستوى الأمان والمسؤولية.
بناءً على تجربتي، أنصح بشدة بتجنب استخدام هذا التطبيق في مصر.
I believe this app's high rating may be influenced by paid reviews or reviews from users in other countries, as my experience in Egypt was extremely disappointing.
While customer service responds quickly, they are neither productive nor effective at resolving issues. The Marsool assigned to my order couldn't afford to pay for it, and I was asked to transfer the money directly to them, even though this is against the company's own policy. Unfortunately, you have no alternative solution was offered. After I was scammed, the company simply told me to report the matter to the police instead of taking responsibility or handling it through the app.
The app tracks your order and assigns the delivery person, yet they appear unable to properly identify or monitor their own couriers. This lack of accountability is very concerning.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid using this app in Egypt.
