اقسم بالله ان بعض المنتجات اللي يوصلونها مغشوشة ، تكرر معي الموضوع مرتين مره مع متجر اروماتيك ومره متجر ريبال، يتم استبدال محتوى العلب بمنتجات مختلفة واعادة تغليفها بالتحديد معطرات الجو اروماتيك و منظف الارضية ريبال حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل

خدمة عملاء سيئة

تطبيق جميل يجمع الكثير من المتاجر وتوصيل سريع لكن خدمة العملاء سيئة ولا تليق به طلبت من احد المتاجر وجاني منتج مختلف وتواصلت مع خدمة العملاء اكثر من مرة وكانت التجربة سيئة ماعندهم لباقة مع العملاء او حلول او اي خدمة زينة ياليت يتم حل مشكلة خدمة العملاء وتطويرها

طالب من العصر ورد وعلى أعصابي انتظره ب ٨٠٠ ريال وكل شوي اكلمهم يقولونلي ٢٠ دقيقة وهو عندك واخرتها المحل يكلمني يقولي طلبك جاهز من العصر والحين الساعه ١١ بالليل العامل يقولي نبي نقفل من ١٠:٣٠ ننتظر مندوبك ماعاد يرد علينا حسبي الله عليكم حتى خدمه العملاء ماعاد يردون الله لايوفقكم فلوسي راحت والمناسبة خربت ومسافرين ومافي احد يستلمها بكره
