Stops working
Apparently common bug that has been ignored despite all the reviews and emails from customers. I paid for the whole year to use this app and after a few weeks stopped working. I even delta and downloaded again which sadly made me lose all my progress tracking. DISAPPOINTING!!! What a waste if time logging all my daily meals

Not really good
I just got the app, unfortunately is not scanning my food pictures or code bars, it gets stuck in calculation of macros. Other than that it works well but disappointed because of scanning!

App not working
I paid for a full year so I’m stuck.. has not worked in over a week to 2 weeks. No response from Support. At this time I would it get this app. It’s unfortunate because I really was enjoying it and it was quite helpful…unsure when it will work at 100% again

App does not work
Absolutely pathetic. Worked for the first couple of weeks and since then is not reading any pictures or barcodes. I even ended up paying the annual fee.

Absolutely pathetic support! All they care about is pocketing your money and ghosting you the second there’s a problem. Their app has been dead for nearly five days—and guess what? Silence. No fixes, no accountability, just a broken service they’re still happily charging for. Disgraceful, greedy, and completely unprofessional.

Stops working
Works great for about 3 weeks (loved it actually) and then suddenly all search and scan functions stop working. I’ve tried emailing support and received no response as well as have tried deleting and reinstalling the app. Waste of 30 bucks, go with a more reliable app.
Not working
I have been using this app for months and now all of a sudden it has stopped working, everytime I want to log in my food it always shows error, it’s very stressful even tho I have paid for a yearly membership, I have tried to contact the team but no answer on email or their insta team, guys fix this because I trusted this app. This is very disappointing

I was genuinely excited about this app. I downloaded it, had a great first day with instant food tracking, and decided to subscribe right away. They offered a 3-day trial, and I was impressed enough to commit to the yearly subscription.
Unfortunately, on the second day, the app started showing an error when scanning food: “Analysis Failed.” It kept asking me to subscribe—despite already being in the trial period. Now it’s the fourth day, the trial is over, the payment has been processed, and the issue still isn’t resolved.
What started as an exciting and promising experience has now turned into a frustrating one. I’ve even recommended the app to friends, but now I’m left with nothing but stress every time I try to use it.
I emailed support through the app, but still haven’t received any response. I hope this review helps bring attention to the issue and prompts faster support. I am really willing to use it.
Update: I could contact the support on instagram and they fixed the problem and I am enjoying tracking my food again! Thank you!
