FAQ

What is the lunar diet?

The lunar diet is a month-long eating plan that aligns your nutrition with the phases of the moon. The core principle is to consume proteins during certain lunar phases and carbohydrates during others, based on the idea that the body accumulates or eliminates differently depending on the moon's cycle.

How does this app help with dieting?

This app provides a detailed daily nutrition schedule based on the lunar cycle. It helps you understand what to eat each day to follow the diet effectively, estimate your monthly food needs, and track your progress towards weight loss.

Is this diet suitable for everyone?

The diet is designed to be simple and effective, providing all necessary vitamins. It has been trialed by many women, with an average loss of 6-7 kg per month. However, as with any diet, it's advisable to consult with a healthcare professional before starting.

What kind of food can I eat on this diet?

The diet allows for a large list of products and is adapted for Russian products, meaning it avoids exotic foods. The focus is on distributing proteins and carbohydrates across different lunar phases rather than severely restricting food groups.

Is this app free to use?

The application is free to download and use, with options for in-app purchases. These purchases likely offer additional features or content to enhance your diet tracking experience.
