Helpful for balancing nutrition
Once you get used to how to log food and have your most eaten foods saved, it becomes really easy to track intake. It is a great resource for planning meals that meet calorie counts and have positive balance of carbs, protein, and fats. I also like that the food dairy tracks daily sodium and cholesterol.
