Good but not perfect

I’ve been enjoying it and even brought premium overall I think it’s better than most other apps however the tracking water feature is bugged and no matter how much trouble shooting it just doesn’t work.

Meh

It’s okay. Paid for it as offered big discount on sign up but it’s just not that intuitive. UI poorly designed. Regret purchase. Often saving food to wrong meal. Brings up a lot of American products even though I’m in the UK and can’t find basic items even if you’ve eaten it before. For example can’t easily find home made chips, brings up lots of frozen options, crisps and cookies etc

Great app

Amazing attention to detail

Absolute best app for macro tracking

Really amazing, so much better than other major offerings. Heaps of Australian brands. Well done to the mynetdiary team.

Slight issues

App won’t let me log water. Tried to click the icons, log in the mls myself, nothing working - I can’t log my water and I am a premium user which sucks. Another thing I’d say is I wish the fasting was done automatically so I don’t always have to click start fasting - I thought it would be automatic which is why I paid for premium so pretty disappointing to be honest.

Support

Like the app but after paying for a lifetime subscription and not being able to family share we have been completely ignored by customer service.

The best app around

I’ve used for 3 months and lost 20 pds. The scanning feature is awesome.

Love this app

So many capabilities for the free version but the paid version is another level of awesomeness.

Deleting recipe

Please allow us to delete recipes from the logging tab instead of having to do that in the “my foods” tab

Couldn’t live without it!

. I’ve been using the app for about 3 years now, on and off, and it always is the centre of my fitness planning.
Tons of great features like product recognition and making your own recipes. And more get added regularly.
10/10 recommendation.

Please add a field to enter calories burned

This is a pretty great app. I enjoy how much faster and intuitive it is than Fitbit. The food database also seems more extensive. Being able to enter my steps and exercise is helpful. It would be more helpful to be able to enter the calories I burned during the day. Is that a feature you would consider adding? Thank you.

Concern for health safety

Since I am not losing very much weight, the app recommends that I limit my daily calories to 1100. Is that safe? I have read elsewhere that that amount is not safe. Will the AI part of the app recommend I stop eating altogether?

Excellent food tracking app but food allergy support is limited

One request I have is to include an “Other” option in the food allergy list. I have numerous severe food allergies, but not to the “most common” foods on the list provided. My allergies to tomatoes, squash, melon, banana, apples, citrus fruits affect my ability to eat well on a consistent basis. These foods are extremely common ingredients in all kinds of foods from restaurants & stores, at social gatherings or in recipes. Even meat, and other proteins commonly have at least one of my allergens added. It would help if my significant food allergies were taken into account even though they aren’t on the usual list of “typical” allergies.

Other than that, It is very easy to keep track of what I eat in the app, and I love how the nutritional analysis includes other nutrients besides the usual macros (carbs, protein, fat).

Suddenly Not Working

I have used this app over a year & loved it. A few days ago my app stopped showing the calories of each food because the amount by each item is not showing. I cannot move the amounts next to each food to see the first of that column like calories & protein. If I try to move it, it switches to the next day.

T

Really good app. Easy to use. One of the very few apps I would actually pay premium for. Good features with premium option. Free option also very useful.

Easy and visual in Australia

I’ve been using the free version for a few years now. I track my weight and my food. It has barcode reading and lists Australian branded foods. I like the visual apple graph that shows how I am going for the day. It also graphs your weight, so again, very satisfying to see the graph, weekly, monthly or over the year.

Worthless

The setup kept on crashing over and over. I couldn’t even use the app. Worthless!

Latest Update Slows Down App

The latest update, which appears to be using a new UI API, really slows down the app a lot for older phones. It adds very little, if anything at all, to the experience.

Best food dairy and tracking app

I’ve used my fitness pal
for several years. It’s a good app. But this one is fantastic!! Love the food grade ratings. Easy to add my recipes and portion sizes are easily adjusted when logging food. So many good things. Sticking w this one for the long run!

Reliable app + no ads!

Been using it for years now, on and off with premium and it just works. It might need a UI revamp soon but apart from that I really like the barcode scanner and the massive food database. I wish inputting recipes in manually is easier.
