New App doesn’t recognize my email
I’ve had this app since 2008. Have been off of it since last year. Went to log on and it doesn’t recognize the only email address I’ve ever had so therefore i can’t reset my password as it tells me invalid email. Now all my info will be lost if I start a new account which would be useless for me now. Time to look for a better app because this one sucks losing all my logged information.

Free and good
The only thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t allow for measurements. For example, it will say a cup versus a fourth cup and you can’t change it.

Great App!
This app saved my life over 10 years ago. I lost 70 pounds, and this app made it much easier than it would’ve been otherwise. Now, when I get 10 pounds above my goal weight, I pull it back out and start using it again. I really like the new format and its improvements. If they’ll add back the calorie deficit feature (when you over-eat on a particular day and it shows minus calories), it will be the perfect app!

New version is awful to use
I have also had this app for a decade. The new version is pretty, but that is about all. The worst thing about it is that it won’t save my favorite foods. I can type them in and click save. They aren’t there anymore. I can type in a full recipe, click save. They aren’t there. It is so frustrating. The old app was amazing. I can’t even use this one. If I can’t save my favorites then there’s no point to using it. The label scanner is nice, but I’m not doing that with every item I eat. I need to be able to have favorites.

your latest update completely broke the app. Great job. it is completely unusable now. Nothing opens up and I lost all the data that had been saved. The original version was perfect. I don’t know why you’ve changed it around. Your latest update made the whole app unusable not just parts. Great job
Lost access
I paid for this app years ago and loved it. Used it for years. I woke up one day and the app was gone, replaced with whatever this is and I can't even log in anymore.
Update Ruined 15 Years of Data
Been using app for nearly 15 years. Was always simple, straightforward & did not require username/password. Recent update caused lack of access to 15 years worth of data. No warning. No heads up. Now it’s bloated & overly complicated. Better apps out there.
Not an upgrade
Ruined it. Used to be so straight forward and simple. It is useless now.

This update
This APP updated from what I’ve been using for years. Now it won’t let me login. It says it sent an email for validation but an email was never sent. Checked both inbox and junk but no email to verify……. This really is a bummer since all my prior data is associated to this logon. You should have an option to allow you to send another email as now I just can’t access the APP!

Unsure if this app was sold to another developer but this update is horrible. There’s a lack of awareness of your user base. People who have used this app couldn’t care less about the ai features prevalent in already established apps on the market. I download this app years ago to have a bare bones macro tracker. It had one job, take in my input and show me the total summation of intake. Now it’s a mess.

No Version Is Terrible!
Is there any way to get the old version back? This new version is so full of bugs. When you tap on the day to track your calories when you input them, they don’t show up on the correct date. They show up on the following day. This update is terrible. I use the original version for over 15 years and loved it. Please bring that back or fix the bugs with the new one.

The "update"? DISASTROUS!
Lots of flash and no functionality. No weight graph apparently. Tons if icons - who enjoys trying to figure out those? Clicking on them brings up screens that look like they belong on pinball machines. Plus, what is this obsession with how much water I have drunk? Every screen has something about water intake. The original version was phenomenally good. It allowed you to enter your food, your activity, and your weight very straightforwardly. Now you get to drag things across the screen and in some cases, like if you happen to tap on profile, you cannot get out of it.
I used the previous app for over 10 years. It was undeniably among the top five apps I have ever used.
No longer. What used to be a super good app is now just a time consuming pointless exercise in frustration.

Ruined app / lost all data / no longer offline
I have used this app for about a decade and loved it!!! (In order to use it I did NOT have to give email to use it, nor be online to use use it. I wanted privacy off-line for tracking something I consider very private).
All of that is gone as it updated automatically.
Gave 1 star because I learned to turn OFF automatic updates that could destroy offline data as this app / company did. Needless to say I’m very disappointed and won’t be using it with its updated privacy settings
