About
Most calorie trackers hold you to a strict daily limit. Cal/d tracks your daily average instead, so one heavy day doesn't wreck your progress.
Set a start date and daily limit, and Cal/d reads dietary energy from Apple Health to show:
- Daily Average: total calories since your start date, divided by days elapsed.
- Remaining Calories: stay under your limit and you build a surplus to spend whenever you want.
- Surplus Goal: surplus divided by daily limit is how many days you've saved. Set a target (say, 3 days).
- Countdown to Next 250: a timer until your next 250 calories, expandable to 5 timers ahead (20 with Plus).
Don't want to wait? Factor in Active Energy too. A jog raises your surplus and moves you closer to your goal.
Log calories and nutrition directly in Cal/d, or keep your current tracker and open it with one tap from a built-in link list. Anything that writes to Apple Health, Cal/d can read.
PLUS FEATURES:
- Unlimited What-If calorie planning
- Unlimited surplus-goal days
- All 20 countdown milestones
- Custom Stats date ranges longer than 30 days
- "Last…" Stats periods beyond the last 7 days
- After-exercise pace comparison
- Live Activity on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island
- Calorie checkpoint notifications
Cal/d is not medical advice. Consult your doctor before changing your diet.
