Very disappointing and frustrating to use
The payment process is unnecessarily complicated. Users have to somehow guess the amount before the subsidy, and only after entering the amount does the system adjust it according to the subsidised amount. This is confusing and makes the whole process much more troublesome than it needs to be.
On top of that, I keep experiencing transaction/payment issues. Sometimes the payment simply doesn’t go through for no apparent reason. If this app is meant to be used for payments, the payment system should at least be reliable.
Honestly, Caltex should take notes from apps like Setel by PETRONAS. The experience is so much simpler, straightforward and user-friendly.
Please improve the payment system and overall user experience. As it stands, using this app is more of a hassle than a convenience. I’m seriously uninstalling it and going back to other fuel payment options.

Do not use this app. It did not offset my petrol purchase against my Budi Madani subsidy today!!
I will switch petrol brand until I get satisfactory outcome and explanation over my stressful customer experience. Do not assume this app works all the time!!!!!

Efficient and Convenient
Efficient & convenient app to pay for the fuel.
App is not working
I am not able to see my points due to “network connection” despite having 1GBPS speed. So i tried to uninstall the app and downloaded it again.
Then, I am not able to login in my app it says “unable to proceed” after re-downloading the app. Super inconvenient app.

Hanging App
My app kept hanging for weeks now i thought it was the net but all apps were ok. So i deleted the app in my phone then installed it again. Now its says welcome to caltexgo unable to proceed refresh and still lagging. Worse i cannot log in in the app. 🤬🤬🤬
Simple and fast
App makes life easy . Just register your details and everything is settled easy . Just come to the pump, select the station that is locked via GPS automatically, select the pump number and select the amount of fuel to be filled
Payment experience
App is convenient. But the worst part is it’s like having bug when payment.. very annoying. When u want to pay, it reject. I need to walk to counter to pay. Before this i am caltex fan. But only bexause of app bug, i nearly 3 months didn’t fill up at caltex. Please app development team. Alert about this issue. Do something. U’re losing customer only because of this small issue/bug. I think other user also feeling the same thing. Please make improvements. Ur RON95 is very good. But ur app ruined it.

Apps always gt problem
2nd time having the app issue and can’t use it when make the transaction, so I decided to go other competitors where their app has no issue since launched.

Great customer care by Selvi at the cash counter. She is super patient taking me through the Caltex Apps . Good Job!
It doesn’t work at all
This app is completely broken. It keeps crashing every single time I try to use the camera feature. To make matters worse, I tried calling the customer service hotline for help, but the line never goes through. Highly frustrating and a total waste of time.
Spent 45mins in station
Station staff very helpful but to claim on the welcome $10 in the apps is super efficient! Very annoying and difficult to choose the station location as required- apps show intermittent issues !
Easy Integration with BUDI95
Apps is so easy for fueling at Caltex pump station. Just fill in pump number and amount, then directly fill your car. No need to go to the counter or waiting for casher approval. Remember to setup your BUDI95 and payment method beforehand.
Terrible
This app is shockingly bad. When I earned 500 points I decided to redeem them ready to use when I got to the checkout at the service station. But somehow I redeemed them to become another rewards program. So I lost the points. This app couldn’t be more confusing. The app says be treated like royalty- I have been treated like I’m the idiot because I was supposed to know.

Worst APP UI
This is the worst app any service station has got in aus. No ACTUAL REWARDS OR SAVINGS AT ALL.
Each pump $150 only
Rm5.1 per litre need to pump twice for car.
Station not found
Some gas station is not found even after i have park at the pump. It existed in the map but i cannot use the app to fill up gas
