Poor
Iโve had this camera for years, never needed to review footage from it until today. Damn thing keeps losing its WiFi connection while trying to download footage, which cuts off the download, and then instead of picking up where it left off, it starts all over again. Absolute rubbish.

This app and the connectivity are awful. Connected to Nextbase network but the app continually says there is no connection! Even if you do finally get through, the interface is so poor!

Just randomly stopped working
Awful app. It seems to have updated and now playback through the app doesnโt seem to work and it comes up with an error halfway through download. They need to look at update across the board for their apps because it seem to be a common theme that the apps are poor.
WiFi keeps dropping out
The app is not responding to to pairing I have tried continuously to pair,immediately drops out and sometimes hangs on, not long enough to edit videos. Very disappointing. Had it installed professionally by Nextbase installers but never worked for me. Have reach out to Nextbase with a ticket for an e mail , seen nothing. Will complain to seller who sold us our car to have it removed and reimbursed.

Useless donโt buy
This dashcam is useless. I had paid a lot of money for this piece of garbage and to install in my car but, when I had an accident no video was recorded which now I have to pay with my own pocket as I did not see the motorbike registration number. I will rate this 0
https upgrade required
Dash cam app uses http and fails connection as software op system on phone supports https. htpps uses encrypted data which ensures users data is secure etc.
Therefore the operating software on phone will not allow the insecure http connection which cam viewer uses.
Please upgrade the cam viewer to allow https connection.

Unusable
Connects for a couple seconds but not long enough to see videos. Absolutely awful app.
Rubbish app bad camera design
WiFi no range wonโt connect easily, when trying to download files it is temperamental and so slow as to be ridiculous. The location of the as card in the camera is stupid, you canโt get the cover off. I WOULD NEVER EVER BUY THIS STUFF AGAIN

Front & Rear camera
Had mine Vehicle fitted with a front and rear camera today so later that night Iโve gone on my phone to see what things look like at night and the app on my phone has froze trying to get thing thing to work with no luck.
Donโt waste your money
Just awful. Nightmare to navigate. Keeps loosing connection. Waste of time. Really disappointed at this over priced factory fitted extra.
Do not bother buying a 380GWX car camera system. It misses days/months of driving.
Sadly very badly designed. When you eventually manage to connect your phone, you find out it starts recording half way through your journey if you are lucky. It misses Days/weeks and even months are missed so nothing can be used to back up your safe driving If I could put a lower review I would do, avoid at all costs.

Doesnโt work at all on iOS.
When you try to connect to the camโs wifi network, the app takes you to the wrong settings page. After you manually connect to the network, the app isnโt able to detect that itโs connected.
