Cannot use AFTER purchase, don't buy!!
However, after the purchase you must "Download its content" for it to be usable. But every time you download it will end up in "Error".
Effectively you paid 20 bucks and earned a chance to write an angry 0-star review.

Love this dictionary
I am concerned it will stop functioning with iOS 26, since that will be a major overhaul to the operating system. This app hasn’t been updated in years.
