On achète le dictionnaire car on y est poussé mais le téléchargement affiche un message d’erreur. Autant utiliser la version web du coup. Bien dommage

I just paid for the Dictionary. But after buying it I’m unable to download the dictionary.

Instalei o App. Comprei e tentei baixar. Não consegui. Reinstalei o app para resolver o problema e me cobraram novamente. Inacreditável.

As ridiculous as it is, most of its words that are more difficult than 1st grade will require an additional purchase.
However, after the purchase you must "Download its content" for it to be usable. But every time you download it will end up in "Error".
Effectively you paid 20 bucks and earned a chance to write an angry 0-star review.

An issue
I purchased the advanced version and paid $14.99, but I was unable to download the dictionary. Every time I tried, an error message popped up. I contacted technical support through the app, but I have not received a reply.

Après avoir payé, je passe au téléchargement et la impossible. Message d’erreur. Donc c’est du raquette. Franchement très décevant de la part d’une aussi prestigieuse institution

L’application est présentée comme gratuite mais à la première recherche d’un mot on nous invite de payer. J’ai donc acheté la version payante sauf que maintenant il est indiqué de télécharger le dictionnaire et un message d’erreur s’affiche. Donc, j’ai payé pour quelque chose d’inutilisable.
Es imposible descargarla
Cuando aprendí inglés, este diccionario fue mi salvación. Lo usé por mucho tiempo. Hoy quise descargarlo en mi celular y fue imposible, marca error y no me permite instalarlo en mi dispositivo. Me siento estafada.
