This is one of the only apps that feel genuine, not just another money grab. All the features are very intentional amazing expanding your vocab or even if you wanted to learn a new language. — please add African languages 🙌🏽
Amazingly customizable
Go-to dictionary for me: minimum adds, easy and plentiful definitions, synonyms, and more. Connects with wiktionary and has downloadable etymology and other language dictionaries! And it works offline.
Biggest gripe is that the starring system is not great with how bad the flash cards are, but everything else is spectacular.

The worst translation app ever!
The worst translation app ever! I bought the lifetime subscription mainly because it showed photos for every word I wanted to learn. However, over time, the photo feature stopped working. Now it either doesn’t load any images or shows tiny, blurry, low-quality pictures that can’t even be changed.
A clear, meaningful picture makes it much easier to remember the meaning of a new word, so this feature was one of the main reasons I paid for the lifetime subscription.
