Mostly Useless
This application is just a regurgitation of the Camelback Desktop Website (which also sucks). Anything you want to do regarding an account just redirects the user to the Camelback inTouch mobile site which happens to be separate from the main application. It’s the same when using the Camelback main website - anything involving a purchase opens a new tab for a new website for account management etc. Overly cumbersome and this is honestly tech from how things were done two decades ago. Come on Camelback you are better than this you shouldn’t need to outsource resort management to InTouch Elevate it’s really inconvenient for your customers…

Wow the new app is so helpful for updates at Camelback Resort. Highly recommend when visiting.
Awful
This app is truly frustrating. There is no clear way to add friends/family and by the time you figure it out you get some random error and can not proceed. It kept telling me an age group was wrong for one person then when I finally got to check out (almost an hour later) it’s telling me the ski sessions have expired. So I put them back in and again, same error. You can’t just walk up and purchase, it has to be with this terrible app.

This app does not want to load to buy tickets half the time
$20!?
I am a season pass holder, first time using amazon pay. I got french fries and a fountain drink, and it was $20, i don’t know how they got this price but paying an extra $5 for i don’t even know it ridiculous. I should’ve got a discount not an upcharge.
