Won’t let me login
Platinum Season Pass and I can’t login to the app. It has a redirect loop on the login form. Though it can detect incorrect password and only redirects when the password is correct. It’s as if the login session isn’t persistent.
This is for Philadelphia only
You should mention that this is only for Philadelphia and not for the San Diego location.
Can’t login
App keeps asking me to login and closing me out. I’ve redownload app, shut down my phone and tried it on and off of wifi and it still won’t keep me logged in
Used to work great, can’t get in anymore randomly
The app was so convenient when it worked. I randomly got kicked out but when I login again it brings me to the main page acting like I need to login again. No matter how many times I login it doesn’t let me in. I deleted the app then reinstalled it, made sure it’s up to date and restarted my phone but nothing works. It’s so annoying not being able to access my memberships in the app and purchases.

This app is awful is doesn’t link any of our passes (but somehow they show up on the SeaWorld app) but it’s annoying because I can’t see any member benefits or purchase member discounted tickets etc. When you click on ‘My pass’ it says to login to view your passes AND THEN KEEPS MAKING YOU LOGIN. this has been a problem for months upon months please help 😭
