How the app works
How unfortunate that this park has such a disastrous and bad application as the one it has. Absolutely nothing can be done. The information does not link it with the rewards, with the purchases or with anything. Everything has to be done through phone calls or directly in the park. You waste more time in the guest service waiting to be attended to instead of being able to solve anything that is needed from the app. A good update is urgently needed.

Wait times
None of the wait times were accurate it said 25 minutes on a ride but we waited for an hour and forty minutes. It said 5 minutes on a lot of other rides too, but none were accurate.
Horrible Interface
Honestly the app should have a map and list option for looking at wait times, worst is the wait times are never accurate. App 10 mins walk up 85 minutes, another 5 mins walk up 55 mins. App is not accurate and not easy to get information.
Fake
Wait times on every single ride were nowhere near accurate. 20min wait on the app, then it’s actually an hour. 10min wait on the app, actual wait time at start of ride is 2 hours. Messed up or visit.
Wildly Inaccurate Wait Times
The wait times given are wildly inaccurate. For instance a ride the app says had a 5-minute wait was actually a 60-minute wait—this was common all day long. It sucked to walk across the park to find out what we thought would be a short wait would be over an hour. Hard to make a workable plan that way. However, the directions to the rides (to be let down by the wait times) were generally on point.
