How the app works
How unfortunate that this park has such a disastrous and bad application as the one it has. Absolutely nothing can be done. The information does not link it with the rewards, with the purchases or with anything. Everything has to be done through phone calls or directly in the park. You waste more time in the guest service waiting to be attended to instead of being able to solve anything that is needed from the app. A good update is urgently needed.

Wait times
None of the wait times were accurate it said 25 minutes on a ride but we waited for an hour and forty minutes. It said 5 minutes on a lot of other rides too, but none were accurate.
Horrible Interface
Honestly the app should have a map and list option for looking at wait times, worst is the wait times are never accurate. App 10 mins walk up 85 minutes, another 5 mins walk up 55 mins. App is not accurate and not easy to get information.
Fake
Wait times on every single ride were nowhere near accurate. 20min wait on the app, then it’s actually an hour. 10min wait on the app, actual wait time at start of ride is 2 hours. Messed up or visit.
Wildly Inaccurate Wait Times
The wait times given are wildly inaccurate. For instance a ride the app says had a 5-minute wait was actually a 60-minute wait—this was common all day long. It sucked to walk across the park to find out what we thought would be a short wait would be over an hour. Hard to make a workable plan that way. However, the directions to the rides (to be let down by the wait times) were generally on point.

Horrible app
Doesn't update the wait times for rides, I wasn't able to order online because the back and forth buttons were on top of add to order, and it always sent you a longer way to get to a location.

This App is useless. Wait time is misleading.
Absolutely useless at basic functions
Remember the days when you used to pick up a paper map at the park? Bring back those days because this app is even less functional than that.
First you download it, then you can’t even see the map or ride times until you log in. Then it won’t let you log in because you’ve registered with a previous version of the app. So it’s off to reset the password, and then finally get in.
When you do get in, the ride times have absolutely no basis with reality. Kraken showing 10 mins, it was actually 50. Infinity Falls 20 mins but it’s queued out the door and the ride itself shows 75 mins. Atlantis 25 min! Hahahahaha. Fool. 90 minutes.
Remember you trust the people who run the app to train their staff to strap you into a ride. Do better.

Worst App Ever
Wish I could give negative stars. Rides time not even show correct wait time as they all say 0 wait time. Did a 5 years old wrote the code for you. The app is only good for taking your money. Why even have an app when is so useless.
Wait times are never right
Ride wait times are never right. Not even close to being right. Which is the #1 reason to use the app. So it’s worthless.
Atlantis was 90 min posted but 10 min in app.
Arctic Expedition was 75 posted but 20 in app.

Please improve this app.
The wait times for the rides in the app are not even close. The app indicated that there was a zero minute wait time for one of the rides, it was actually 90 minutes. Purchased the tickets with email. Created an account with the same email address, could not pull up the tickets in the app when I created an account with the same email address.
