Forcing password changes and not working
The app forces me to change the password to my account for no reason and when i go to change it it also doesn’t work and too many failed attempts make you get locked out for a whole hour this app is garbage
App doesn’t work.
The app will force you to change passwords then after filling out the information wont let you change it. It wont tell you why or say anything wrong. The simply button wont work. No matter how many time you try. Then will lock you out for “security reasons” after failing to function. Good luck checking you’re next schedule. Cause it wont even let you continue until this problem the app made up for 0 reason decides to work. App works against you 90% of the time but they wont fix it.

This app is so horrible
So many bugs, glitches, and all in all a horrible ui. Why does the week start on a wednesday rather than being on a monday? Who knows! I am currently trying to change my password but it keeps saying that any new password I put is a duplicate password even though I haven’t even used it at all. I cannot wait to leave seaworld either I am treated so horribly here.

BUNS
It has alot of bugs in a way that makes zero sense on why we still use this app instead of just migrating to Workday.
They took away the ability to clock in from the app also which is highly inconvenient.

BUGGY
The functions available in it are nice. However, WOW the amount of bugs. Constantly battling the login screen telling me my password is wrong and when I go to reset it (though it is NOT wrong) and get met with “duplicate password”. As well as the bugs when trying to set up your schedule when it’s available are an absolute headache.
