Needs improvements
It should allow screenshots because why can I take screenshots when I am in the website but not the app??
Also it takes forever sometimes to log in to the now portal and when I am in the now portal and look for something, when I want to go back to main page of the now portal I click the back button and I get completely kicked out of that and puts me back to the dashboard and then when I go back to the now portal I have to the sign in all over again instead of it remembering me like in the website.

Like pulling your hair out
Average experience: Sends you through endless authentication loops, many of which will die out. After your 5th or 6th time entering your SSO it might be nice and let you see the “app” which is actually just a hard to navigate sharepoint website. Should you need to access anything else on the website, it’ll 50/50 make you do all the sign in process again.
Attempting to modernize this website has only made it incredibly frustrating to use. It was much easier to use the old UOteam website even though it was a bit dated looking, at least it was functional.

Atrocious team member app
This was supposed to replace having to use their system at work to be able to RDO, Vacation, look at schedule, and see all other benefits we receive. Hasn't been updated, takes forever to load or doesn't load at all. Looks like universal doesn't seem to care about their employees.

The worst team member app ever. Can’t access ETDS from here or their site ever since they moved to MA
Slow and does not load
This app is horrible.
It does not load anything. I had to delete the app and redownload it just for ANYTHING to download. I can’t access my comp tickets. I downloaded the extra security app and still nothing.
