Needs improvements
It should allow screenshots because why can I take screenshots when I am in the website but not the app??
Also it takes forever sometimes to log in to the now portal and when I am in the now portal and look for something, when I want to go back to main page of the now portal I click the back button and I get completely kicked out of that and puts me back to the dashboard and then when I go back to the now portal I have to the sign in all over again instead of it remembering me like in the website.

Like pulling your hair out
Average experience: Sends you through endless authentication loops, many of which will die out. After your 5th or 6th time entering your SSO it might be nice and let you see the “app” which is actually just a hard to navigate sharepoint website. Should you need to access anything else on the website, it’ll 50/50 make you do all the sign in process again.
Attempting to modernize this website has only made it incredibly frustrating to use. It was much easier to use the old UOteam website even though it was a bit dated looking, at least it was functional.

Atrocious team member app
This was supposed to replace having to use their system at work to be able to RDO, Vacation, look at schedule, and see all other benefits we receive. Hasn't been updated, takes forever to load or doesn't load at all. Looks like universal doesn't seem to care about their employees.

The worst team member app ever. Can’t access ETDS from here or their site ever since they moved to MA

It does not load anything. I had to delete the app and redownload it just for ANYTHING to download. I can’t access my comp tickets. I downloaded the extra security app and still nothing.

Terrible execution
You can’t log into anything through the app, and you cannot search the app for things you’re looking for. There’s lots of room for improvement but I guess that’s what you get when you use Microsoft products.
Not an App
Even with MS Edge on this device the app won’t work.

Doesn’t work
Trying to utilize the app is useless. The main page is never updated, nor does anything appear under the scroll ad. Tried to navigate to get tickets and the screen just says “loading”.

Why can I not screenshot my schedule? Why do I need to sign in every single time? Why do I need duo app and Microsoft app for logging in? Universal makes the process of anything related to work as difficult as humanly possible for what?
Is it broken?
App stopped working. I haven’t been able to sign on in weeks.
Less functional than the website?
No Face ID, doesn’t remember my login information, makes you login twice every time you want to do anything. Doesn’t grab the security code from text messages or let you copy paste it so you have to remember it and type it in.
App is slow and doesn’t fully support pop-up windows which makes submitting workflow/RDO or VAC requests for timekeeper literally impossible.
Basically useless.

Why can I not screenshot my schedule?
Would be great if it ever loaded
I like that we have an app now. However, it’s so inconvenient. It took me half an hour to log in and when I finally did. Nothing loaded so I can’t get to the features I need. I tried the usual troubleshooting. I made sure my app was updated. I closed the app and reopened. I deleted and redownloaded it. I turned my phone off and on. Nothing worked. I opened it right now and the home is still loading and still have access to nothing.

Why log out itself I tired SSO and password set up everyday don’t like log in again again suck uninstall !!!
Well, They Tried
This app was okay when it first launched even though it couldn’t figure out that you had already logged in. Now I just get a blank white screen when I open the app. Deleted and reinstalled and nothing…
Log in issue
I keep trying to log in and it tells me to enter my email. Every time i submit my email, it refreshes and never lets me proceed!
Could be better
App could be better. Facial recognition sign in would be helpful. I still have to sign in my SSO for UKG, benefits, etc… I should just sign into this app and be able to access everything.
All this SSO/DUO login is inconvenient and time consuming. A lot of our older Team Members have trouble signing in to things. How can we streamline this process? It’s a great tool, it just needs to be better.

Good App
I love that they added an app so I don’t have to go to team UDX every single time. I just wish that the search bar was a little easier to navigate but I’m sure it will get better with time.
