How am I supposed to use my camera when I can not bind it to the app due to the fact that I can not zoom in my camera is now useless to me

Cannot get pics to download to app. Have tried contacting support but no response.
Unexplained red flag, cam doesn’t work
I bought this camera and set it up and it works for a few hours, then a red flag appears on the app screen and it stops working. THE MANUAL DOES NOT SAY WHAT THE RED FLAG MEANS AND THE SELLER DOES NOT RESPOND TO QUESTIONS.

Can't get in with same password as I set up on phone. Reset password: can't get in with temporary password sent. Just doesn't work on mac I guess.
