All of these companies which is used by American pac is a fraudulent scamming company there making money off of the work you put in as there workers so your basically working as slaves and getting paid what they want to pay you my opinion don’t work for this /these companies because they will sale you a false dream.I never seen one company using so many different names and from my experience with this company you will end up taking them to court to get what is owed to you such as what I will be doing it may not work the first time filing a lawsuit but don’t give up do it again and again if needed until you beat the case because there going to pocket the money that you worked hard for and give you what they desire too ! Don’t be afraid to do what is right for your own sanity get what is owed back to you

Weak app
I don’t if its this app or the way Republicans are using it. I’m using it to knock doors, and too many of the doors I knock tell me “I voted for Trump already and someone else came by to survey me yesterday. Not impressed by the Republican get-out-the-vote effort in NC.
Very frustrating
This app is extremely touchy when logging in. The spinning wheel of death is the most consist feature. When I ask how to correct the problem, I’m told to delete & reinstall. Make this more user friendly!!!

Won’t work as described
I have been trying to use this for Trump 47 to knock doors. Google maps will not work with this. I can’t get the maps portion of the app to appear consistently. The questions that I am supposed to be asking are not there, but rather sound like a phone request for being a neighborhood volunteer only. I have also had problems with not being able to select a non-availability for second voter at the same address. I have wasted a lot of time.

App needs a lot of refinement
Missing functionality that should be in this app: First, there needs to be a walking map, DRIVING map, and the phone call option.
There is a huge flaw in identifying what is in a cluster of homes when straight line distance is used in any scenario other than in an actual neighborhood… when driving shows something being 2.6 miles away and getting there is a 10 mile drive, the app has a flawed design.
Look at integration options to show distance and directions where users can select Apple, Google, Waze, etc map options inside the app.
There needs to be an offline option for the app… frustrated to no end as ai hit very remote homes where there has been little to no cell reception.
The app absolutely needs a facial recognition option to simplify logon, because most campaigns have very long user names and passwords.
There needs to be a simple way to add other voters on when encountered and canvassed, or where finding someone moved and there are new residents at a home.

Terrible on User end
Bad data. App always freezes. I never write reviews but I had to for campaign sidekick. i360 is much better on the user end. Smoother, better data. I hope someone at campaign sidekick sees this and helps fix all the bug and data issues.
Horrendous
Nothing about this app is intuitive. The data is unreliable, most functions are unusable, overall just a waste of time. Wish the campaign would use i360.
Best app in the business
This is a fantastic app that continually makes improvements with the end user in mind. Great functionality for the core features and always releasing updates.
Issues with correct addresses and )choose your campaign)
Having issues with finding the right addresses, everyone I went to were incorrect or the address was not allocated to the correct person. Also, I’m not able to choose your campaign. it seems all iOS are having this issue.
Streamline
There is no need to ask someone if they want to leave a walk list when they press the back button to get out of a walk list. Just do it. Between the extra 10 seconds for that plus the 20 seconds of checking for updates every. single. time. trying to hunt and find an area of a 45 + possible walk list takes forever

Campaign Sidekick support
The functionality of the product is pretty good but the support is horrible. I’ve placed multiple calls over the season and have yet to hear back from anyone. Not recommended!
Much to be desired
The voicemail option is this app’s saving grace. As someone who’s worked on the Trump 2020 effort and currently in the 22 cycle this app remains clunky, the inability to draw walkbooks of more than 150 doors is beyond frustrating, and the crashes when using power dialer are unacceptable when in crunch time. This app constantly freezes, the homes are way off, homes pop up after you’re done with a street. Seriously the worst campaign app ever.

Poor functionality

Incredibly frustrating!
This app is terrible. The concept is great if it would only work. The speakerphone only works when a call goes to voicemail, then it’s automatic. However, the phone is silent until then so you don’t know whether someone picks up or not. Your only clue is the second clock starts ticking so you’d better pay attention! This is just one of many quirks.

Don’t bother downloading if you are an independent or nonpartisan candidate. They will only work with republicans that tow the party line .
I can’t access updated script
The campaign I’m volunteering for updated their voter contact script to remind absentee voters to get their ballots in. However, when I log in to start calling, the previous initial info survey script continues to show up. The new script is not showing up at all! I’ve logged in/out multiple times, deleted/reinstalled the app w/the new update, went into settings>options & re-set the app & re-set scripts—and I STILL can’t access my new voter contact script. Currently have an email in to their ZenDesk help center, but not hopeful of response. Come on, Campaign Sidekick—primary season is in full swing, & we volunteers need to contact our peeps!!!
