Thanks for the feedback. We understand how concerning it is to see incorrect tax information. A temporary data issue caused the decimal point to appear in the wrong spot on some initial 1099s, and the issue has been resolved. We also hear your frustration with the support experience. Being redirected between parties isn’t the experience we aim to provide, and this feedback helps us improve how we handle and communicate during time-sensitive issues.
Needs A Lock
Hmmm not sure when your money is taken. Consistently paying for gas daily; if there is another breach I think 100,000 drivers are at risk if anything happens which is not our fault.
Pleases put a lock on it in the App. If your developer or engineer please add it. We are in need.

Thanks for your feedback. Cardholder? Our transfer feature is only available on mobile devices with device passcode or biometric authentication enabled. This is a secure feature. Not a cardholder? Everee requires two-factor authentication. Regardless of which device you use, when accessing your Everee account, you are required to enter in a secure passcode. Based on your settings, you can select email, text (SMS), or a TOTP authenticator app. We recommend all users secure their account using TOTP. We advise you set up security alerts to personal accounts you control (personal email, personal cell phone) so you receive immediate notifications of suspicious activity or changes to your account.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We understand how important timely pay is. Everee sends payments the same day your employer approves them. Any delays you’re experiencing are due to when your employer submits and approves payroll, not the app itself.
