In the age of instant this and instant that, why does it take 3-4 business days to move money from Campus to a different institution.

Does what it should
Very nice and functional app. Easy to use, responds quickly, easy to access all accounts. Works very well for account to account transfers. I have no suggestion for improving. Actually provides more functions than I use. The app does everything that can be done using a computer.
20+ years happy
I’ve kept you in my moves even out state several areas in Florida since about 2000. The majority of the time your nearest location has been 2 1/2 to 3 hrs away. I used photos deposits for my salary checks when you first had it available. Shared branching has helped at times too. You released my work direct deposit two days before the people around me using local banks. In 95% of the time you have been my only financial partner. Thank you for being there with welcomed “good old customer service” and with well trained friendly people. I thank you!

Slow
The app is slow to credit transfers and payments. The credit card portion is confusing to find transactions. The charges for transfers are hidden and unclear when making a payment from one account to another. Why do we have to order statements older than 90 days. Statements for the year should be easy to download especially for tax purposes.

Great App. No real bugs or issues. I like how there is a warning that Campus will not ask for PIN numbers, social security numbers to remind members to be aware of compromising situations.

I thoroughly enjoy using my Campus USA mobile App. It is compatible with Touch ID on my iPhone for quick easy access. I can quickly check my balances, transfer funds or do a mobile deposit. It’s everything I need and very easy to use. Thanks!
