I find it very helpful for my day-to-day banking. One of the issues I used to have was not being able to print from the app, but that has been fixed, so no complaints!

Forcing device registration via misery
It angers me that, though I am a member, CampusUSA compels me to register my device by requiring me to login from scratch each time. It didn’t use to be that way on this app. Removing ease of use is a lousy way to appeal to your users. Otherwise, this would be 5 stars! That’s how much this irritates me.

Maybe its my hardware iphone 16 and an old Samsung tablet. Have to go online and sign in to make things work sometimes. Im sure its all about security. So ill be patient, yall been good to me
Don’t care for the update
I use the app many times a week. My complaint is about an update from some months ago. I have access to 6 accounts, and now have to swipe past 4 of them to get to my most used account. Otherwise, I really like the app and the access to my accounts.

Have been a CUCU member since 1993. Always excellent customer service and support. App works well. Only wish I could have a Zelle shortcut button.
