Pathetic app
The school app has become extremely unreliable and, frankly, quite frustrating after the latest update.
The circulars/notifications keep appearing and disappearing, and the PDFs sometimes open and sometimes don’t. This makes it very difficult for us as parents to keep track of important updates and instructions shared by the school.
The app is the primary source of communication, so when it is not functioning reliably, there is a genuine risk that parents may miss important information and, consequently, may not be prepared for what is expected or happening at school.
look into this on priority and resolve the issues. The app needs to be stable and dependable so that parents can confidently rely on it for all school communications.

About the school
The school is well maintained and well cared of the students. My child is very happy.
Notification counter need to reset
On landing page (dashboard/ homepage) Notification counter need to reset once it is read
This help in tracking the new activity, homework, curricular etc posted by school

Need improvements in functionality
It does not provide some of the basic functionalities:
1. Need mark all as read button on circulars, homework etc , you have to open and close all one by one to mark all as read.
2. In fee section it does not display the due date of instalment, just displays the instalment serial number.
3. Gives undefined or json errors in sections where data is yet null.
4. Open to enable notifications for fee due.
