Need improvements in functionality
It does not provide some of the basic functionalities:
1. Need mark all as read button on circulars, homework etc , you have to open and close all one by one to mark all as read.
2. In fee section it does not display the due date of instalment, just displays the instalment serial number.
3. Gives undefined or json errors in sections where data is yet null.
4. Open to enable notifications for fee due.

The app is good for parents, however the school does not use it to the full potential.

Not reliable enough
This app is riddled with bugs and crashes frequently, making the user experience extremely frustrating. Even worse, there seems to be no clear or accessible privacy policy or data security measures in place, which raises serious concerns about how user information is being handled. In today’s digital age, data protection should be a priority—not an afterthought. I cannot recommend this app until these critical issues are addressed.

Message are disappearing
Few of the messages have disappeared after the recent updation. New message also. Not coming in.
About the app - CampusCare
Attractive and flawless UI used. But sometimes need to find out password and login. Or otherwise it is a great tool for handling pages of assignments and attendance. A 4 star for this. If it would have been more effective, then I had some other choices for deciding its rating.
Information is not getting updated
We are missing many assignments since few parents are able see assignments where as it’s not visible to few others .This is a major bug since we miss out exam portions or homeworks for junior kids ,
Slow proceed to pay
After selecting instalment Jul-Oct I clicked on “proceed to pay” but nothing happened. A few minutes later it proceeded. Very slow response.
Unable to Pay Fee Instalment
This application is not allowing me to do pay fee instalment, when I proceed with payment and tap on button it is not redirecting me to payment gateway page.

It’s very helpful All the information regarding holiday , homework , transport , attendance etc. we get to know You provide all the facilities It’s Awesome and incredible 🤩🤩🎖️🎖️🥇🥇
Bug in app
There is bug where the screen closes after pressing back option to come to main screen after opening to the other option.
